Sounds great! I know about the loop yagi, but did not know if someone owned it. The 3el yagi should work great, otherwise I'd just build one with the stack of aluminum. This might be a good use for the rotator if we could come up with a mast base mount for it.
I think the ARRL VHF contest is coming up in 2 weeks, and it might be interesting to get on, but Jack will probably have the run of the weekend. The TS-2000 doesn't have any CW filters and N2NL don't know phone :)
I was thinking more on the lines of watching the packet cluster and running up the hill when the summer E-skip gets going on 6M.
Thanks also for the offer of the SWR meter. I have two meters, but they require me to switch between power and SWR and require the SWR to be zeroed whenever a QSY is made. I'm still looking around for one of the Daiwa meters - there are a couple on Ebay but I hate bidding wars and sniping that occurs there.
Now that I let the cat out of the bag regarding WRTC, I guess I need to announce it :)

PS - There have been VFB conditions into Europe on 20M in the evenings. Last Friday I worked about 50-60 Europeans in about an hour of operating in the WPX CW contest, from Ireland to Russia, all VERY loud.

Hi Dave,
There is a Yaesu dual-meter (not cross-needle) bridge at the clubhouse. I
was using it the other night, and want to replace a resistor, but it should
be suitable. It is smaller than the cross-needle type.
There is a 2-m four or five-element loop beam in the storage area at the
clubhouse which should be a good antenna. I also have a 3-element beam.
Jack, WA6JYU thinks he has a 6 meter antenna, and is interested in the VHF
contest (has worked it regularly). I have given him your phone number.
Yes, the TS-2000 is 6-2-450mHz multi-mode capable.
Still looking for a generator for field day!
Bill

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone had a Daiwa CN-520 or similar cross-needle
SWR/watt meter that they might be willing to sell or loan to me. Here's an
image of what I'm looking for:

I'd really like to borrow one to bring to Brazil next month for the World
Radiosport Team Champoinships. I'm very space and weight limited, and the
ability to see both power output and SWR will be extremely helpful. I do
not think this meter (or anything like it) is in production. There's a
larger model available, but it's too big to haul in my luggage (and
expensive!)
I have 2 more weeks off until the summer semester begins. If anyone has
a spare 6M and 2M yagi available, I'm willing to put them on the mast on the
shack roof. The ARRL VHF contest is coming up soon and I believe the club's
TS-2000 is VHF capable.
Thanks!
