Nev. NM, Wyo., have been on 40 mtrs cw for the past few evenings.
even with the bad conditions.  Try around 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
All you need is to exchange calls for the qsl--hi
I have heard Wyo. on for past 3 or 4 evenings. Seems like band is
improving a bit, at least it was much better last night.
I had a hr long  cw qso with Chicago last night but he was running a
KW-- hehe --but he could copy me 569 at 100w

Maybe you can make your last states in CW-
