[K6BW] Field Day

Hi, Rich

I pointed out that what the club doesn't have in financial resources it
makes up in public service, and that the main point of the exercise was
emergency preparedness.   Any political interface would be welcome, and
probably appropriate.  We haven't had to worry about fees before, but a new
supervisor is at the helm and he apparently likes to go by the book.
