I sent a repair ticket to TSI Facilities to replace the battery in the cipher lock for room 7139 and the conference room next door (they're the same lock of the same vintage).
And it turns out that I do have a key in my lockbox, so in the future if someone has a burning need to get in there for something, just see me in G-074.

Chances are I *might* have a physical key in the Broadcast Maintenance lockbox. I'll look tomorrow.
Either way, I'll file a ticket to have Facilities replace the battery on both that door and the Conference Room next door on Monday.

Looks like it might just be a dead battery in the lock. Supposedly there's a jump procedure that might work in a pinch, but it sounds like it's a better idea to open in with a key whenever someone is able to do that.
