Chances are I *might* have a physical key in the Broadcast Maintenance lockbox. I’ll look tomorrow.

Either way, I’ll file a ticket to have Facilities replace the battery on both that door and the Conference Room next door on Monday.

Looks like it might just be a dead battery in the lock. Supposedly there's
a jump procedure that might work in a pinch, but it sounds like it's a
better idea to open in with a key whenever someone is able to do that.
