[K3VOA] November's minutes

As  mentioned last month, the Brightleaf ARC in Greenville, NC has
proposed updating the old VOA site C in Greenville, NC.
Initially, this could be a special event station, but could eventually
become something much more - an 'emergency communications hub' or '
remotely shared station with subscriptions/ memberships footing the
upkeep of the station.  This could be a pie-in-the-sky dream, but then
again, Who doesn't like pie?.!

I hope this attachment inspires your own pipe dreams.
