1)  The Anne Arundel Radio Club (AARC) will once again be holding its
Technician Class, Saturday mornings 8:30am till 12:00noon October 31st
through December 12th, skipping the Saturday of Thanksgiving week,
November 28th.

2)  All classes will be held in the AARC Clubhouse on the grounds of the
Davidsonville Family Recreation Center, 3727 Queen Anne Bridge Road in
Davidsonville Maryland.

3)  License exams will be available as administered by the Laurel VEC
December on 12th at 1pm an hour following following the final class.

4)  The text for the course is The ARRL Ham Radio License Manual, Third
Edition, which is available in paperback from Amazon.com for $23.03 plus
$6.92 in shipping (total $29.95), and in Kindle Edition for $19.95.  It
may also be purchased directly through the ARRL Store for $32.95 plus
postage.  In the past the club has made group text purchases and has
included a spiral notebook for the total price of $30.  Those interested
