[K3VOA] VOA ARC meets today 11:45; phone-in option

One more reminder that the VOA Amateur Radio Club will meet today at 11:45 in the shack.

There will be a program about Chinese jamming of VOA Mandarin, and a possible workaround using digital text modes.
