[K3PZN-List] Volunteer Examiners Needed

I just finished checking my Laurel and ARRL VE manuals.I erred in that neither manual states they may use the 
other VECs volunteers. Page 16 in the ARRL manual calls 
other ARRL VEs "drop-in" VEs. It also does not state in 
Part 97 that a VEC may/can use VEs from another VEC.

 I must have missed something here. What VE group is administering the test here? But it looks like I'm seeing that people think that a VE from one Organization is a VE in other. A VE with ARRL and Laurel are not the same. I've been a VE with both for over 8 years. And if you are not a VE with the testing Group. You can not do a test session with that Organization.
