[K3PZN-List] Yeasu FT-891 and Windows 10 issue

Rich,

I got it working.  After tech support confirmed that what I was seeing was
correct, and blaming the software, I found a place that recommended
disabling RTS.  I did that on the radio and set the baud rate to a more
standard rate, and it worked.

Next job is to get it working on a Raspberry Pi.
