Call to order by Andy W3OL at 1930 PM UTC-5 with greetings and introductions.

Minutes of previous month's meeting posted to club mailing list at <http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/k3pzn-list/> . Minutes of most recent Board of Directors meeting posted to the same. Accepted unanimously by membership.

OFFICER REPORTS
  
Potential RACES Drill at Primary EOC in New Windsor on Tuesday, April 11, 1930 in evening. CARET Net at 2030 on Westminster Repeater. Listen on repeater about 1900 for status on drill.
  
Sykesville repeater is linked to Westminster Repeater at Andy's for testing. If all goes well it will be installed at Sykesville location. PL Tone is set at 107.2 for now.

Signs to place in Primary EOC, Andy will look at signs in club collection. He will post when a good time will be.

Pete (WV3S) gave a presentation on Gamma Matching.
