[K3PZN-List] Sykesville Repeater

WX3F brought the new Sykesville repeater over yesterday afternoon and we 
placed it on the air from my house (Finksburg) for testing. We have some 
more work to do before we're ready to take it down to the site and 
install it and it needs some burn in time to make sure everything is 
stable. I have disabled the existing repeater so the two don't interfere 
with each other. The coverage of the repeater will be reduced while its 
here since my top antenna is at 60' but feel free to try it out and give 
it some use. The remote base link to 449.875 is also operational. Note: 
we have added a 107.2Hz PL tone so ensure you are transmitting tone.
