BoD Meeting Minutes

Opening
The meeting of the CCARC Board of Directors was called to order at about 7:40 PM EDT on Monday, April 25, 2016, at the training center at 50 Kate Wagner Road, Westminster, Md. 21158 by Pres. Andy Leeds, WO3L.  Up to this time Andy was updating the club Web site with those present helping.  

Club Officers
President Andy Leeds, WO3L; Vice-President Steve Beckman, N3SB; Treasurer Larry Solarczyk, WX3F; Secretary Pat Kilroy, N8PK; and three Members at Large Mike Fisher, N3VOP; Phil Karras, KE3FL; and Ray Wright, KC3RW.  
Present Andy, Larry, Mike, Pat and Tony KF3AK visiting.

Tony's 9600 packet proposal.  Tabled for Steve's input and regular club membership Q&A and input.  

The next general meeting will be at 7:30 PM on Monday, May 8, 2016 at the 50 Kate Wagner Rd location again.  Agenda for Next Meeting: Business Meeting and more.
