[K3PZN-List] Vehicle Installation

Both. I am less concerned about v/u. Dare I say that is almost routine -
well, maybe not; but a little less problematic. I am giving consideration
to putting my IC-7000 in the vehicle (F250). The truck has 4 aux switches
that drive relays - and two of them meet or exceed the current capacity
required. Trims down on the wiring a bit. The back of the cab looks to have
grommets that feed out into the gap between the cab and bed. Another plus.
Like most of us, my concern is a pristine and safe installation. And then
you turn the page to noise, and RF issues. It's a newer truck. They are no
longer simple. They are spaceships on 4 wheels with the electronics. That
concerns me the most.
