The Russian Federation is a Member of CEPT and subscribes to the CEPT Radio
Amateur Licensee Agreement (T/R 61-01).  Russian licensees have U.S.
privileges to operate here under CEPT terms, just as our Extra and Advanced
licensees can operate throughout Russia.  More detailed info is at:
