I had asked a simlar question about VHF stacks a number of years ago. I can assume (be carefull there - LOL) this would be the same for HF. The 10 should be above the 15 (higher freq is always highter up the mastpole. The spacing between should be at least a 1/2 bandwidth of the lower antenna (15 in this case) to the next antenna. Also, if you wanted a 3rd antenna (say for 6m) then it also would need to be a 1/2 wavelength above the 10m antenna.  If I see someone at the hamfest that I think may know this answer, I will ask and point them your way.
