[K3PZN-List] Board Meeting Notes

- Board meeting moved to 3rd Monday of the month (Monday after the club 
meeting) effective with the May meeting. This was at the request of 
several board members who had Wed conflicts.

- We recommend to defer the additional generator purchase until after 
the Hamfest so we're sure we are not rained out. We have only used 1 of 
the 2 existing generators on 1 occasion so we don't seem to be in 
immediate need of another pair at this time.

-- A discussion regarding membership and activity levels was held. It 
may be time to revise the by-laws to adapt better to the current 
organization.
