The meeting was called to order, members present introduced themselves.

The treasurer reported on the current balances and expenditures.

Unfinished Business
- Elections for office were held. The following persons were elected:

Director: K3KWO, N3TOT, AK3Z, WX3F

New Business
- K3KWO made a motion to purchase 2 additional inverter generators at a 
cost not to exceed $2000. In accordance with the by-laws consideration 
was postponed to the next meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 2030.
