[K3PZN-List] Meeting Minutes

The October 2011 meeting was called to order at 1930 hrs.

Members present introduced themselves. The minutes of the September 
meeting were approved as published on the reflector.

The treasurer W3GVX reported on the current balances and expenditures.

A discussion of the work to be done for the Hamfest was held. Members 
are asked to sign up for Saturday evening, Sunday AM, and Sunday PM 
(cleanup) by posting their availability on the reflector. We ran a 
little short during cleanup last year.

NB3B showed the club apparel and solicited orders from those present. 
Orders can be sent to him between now and the November meeting. Ordering 
as a group gets us free shipping and a discount on the items.

There was no new business.  Meeting was adjourned at 20:30 hrs.
