Continuing to beat this horse, adding my 2 cents, and without intending to
get too far down in the noise...

I recommend that the site be moved to WordPress format (this can still be
hosted as recommended by John). This will make the site easier to maintain,
particularly as we change from webmaster to webmaster over time.

When I was Field Day Chairman a few years ago, I registered the domain 
k3pzn.org for the FD coordination site.  I still own that domain, and 
I renew my offer to turn it over to the CCARC.  The registration and 
hosting are covered as part of my business web hosting package, so the 
domain is essentially cost free.  The hosting includes unlimited on 
line storage, a terabyte a month of transfer, and 9999 email accounts.

If the Club wants to make use of the domain, I'll set up FTP access 
for the Webmaster.
