CCARC Meeting May 9, 2011

  Andy Leeds, WO3L, called the meeting to order at  7:40 PM. 19   
members and 1 guest in attendance.

Committees:
Treasury ?
Pete Morton, W3GVX ? April $50.89 income
Repeater replacement down to miscellaneous pieces and parts.  Major  
parts have been purchased.
DCS ?
ARES/RACES ? Tuesday night ( May 10th) was the last drill for the  
season -simulated pandemic event.  Meet in the EOC block house 7:15 PM.
Repeaters ?
Dayton trip to get parts for repairs and upgrades.
Field Day -
Preparations are under way!  Keep an eye on your email for details  
from the reflector.
Hamfest
Flyers coming next month.  Hand out at the Memorial Day hamfest.

New Biz
Bulk of county purchased radios are now in the radio room.
