FYI! 

BGE Has a group dedicated to among other things Radio Interference. The Supervisor is Vince Robinson 410-470-6669. If you find a problem, and can give him specifics, he is the one to assign a team to locating it. "Remember he is not a Ham" so 160 meters is not something he works with daily. But frequencies in MHz he can correlate to. Currently Vince is off for the Holidays and has assigned Mr. John Short 410-470 8688 to help out. It is always best to First Call the "BGE Help Line"(410)685-0123 or 1(800)685-0123. They will make a formal ticket so it can be tracked and usually applies "more heat" to locating the problem. IF you need additional help let me know.
