[K3PZN-List] Fw: [QRP-L] PA QSO Party PSK31 Winner! Do Work Small Contests !

Actually the PA QSO party is one of the bigger ones ! Note these events often have multiple classes - and it looks like the digital mode class could have been won by any of us that are equipped for PSK-31 !

The opportunities can be nice operating events, that do not require lost sleep or lost chances to do other things the same weekend!

I have already gotten more 'wall-paper' - certificates and plaques than I deserve - so do check out these events - hint !

Ed by the way is an active operator from the trails - taking a few watts to the AT or a mountain someplace, in ANY weather! Most of his treks are parking his car a stroll from the 'QTH' - but he recently hiked the Maryland AT (that week when we had lots of rain - kind of hard to remember!).

The MD QSO party is coming up - we participated as a club last year but it might be cool to put individual stations on the air. Maybe a club award to the member with highest score to stimulate activity (just a nice certificate - no I want some else to win it!).
