Sorry, I guess I missed the part about you going to Staples to get a replacement today. I'll be home around 6 - 6:30 tonight if you want to hold off & come by to check the drive?
I live in Mt Airy so perhaps a bit far but you're welcome to stop by, some time before 8PM would be good here.
