Carroll County Amateur Radio Club
Board of Director's Meeting Minutes
March 17, 2010

Present at the Board Meeting were Andy WO3L, Pete W3GVX, Chuck N3TOT,  
Curt WB8YYY,  and Steve N3SB.

1)Field Day: Bill W2EGL has agreed to be our Field Day Chairman this  
year. The BoD is still exploring the possibility of conducting a joint  
effort with one or more other clubs.
2)Hamfest & Tailgate Fest: August 15 and October 24 have been  
reserved, and we have received ARRL approval for both events. Flyer  
proofs have been reviewed and will be sent to the printers to get  
copies made for the hamfest season.
3)Website update: Officers and BoD Members need to be updated, and our  
2010 Hamfest info needs to be provided. Andy WO3L and Steve N3SB will  
start making some updates.
4)April meeting topic: Low Band Receiving Antennas.
5)Chuck N3TOT is working with the County to develop its yearly drill.
6)Pete W3GVX is reviewing the club's property in preparation for  
submitting our tax returns.
7)The MS Walk is coming up on Sunday April 11, at the Farm Museum in  
Westminster.
