[K3PZN-List] Nice 10 meter opening tonight!!!

To simplify things, i would consider building a 10m dipole and feeding it by
itself.  

	That is one of my thoughts to isolate the problem and eliminate the
dipole. I have another balun that I can set up for 10 and see if that 	does
me any good.

For this kind of propagation, called sporadic E (or E skip) the height of
the antenna is not that critical to get in on the fun.  

Small possibility that the rig has an issue, but maybe it means your set of
dipoles can't find a decent match on 10m?  (I dont know how your rig
bandswitches, but if it is a switch exercise it some).  

	That's my worry at this point but, I hope it's just an intermittent
antenna problem that can be fixed in some way or another. I'll give 	the
switch a workout too just for chagrins...

10m e-skip is a passing fad every spring/early summer.  because its a moving
target it is fun.  hopefully you can get something going.
