Carroll County Amateur Radio Club
Board of Director's Meeting Minutes
June 17, 2009

Present at the Board Meeting were Andy WO3L, Gene KB3JHR, Chuck N3TOT,  
Bill N3WM, Pete W3GVX, Kurt WB8YYY, Pete W3GVX, and Steve N3SB.

1) Field Day Discussions – The BoD discussed last minute plans for  
Field Day. A work party will be visiting the club station this weekend  
(just before Field Day) to sort out the feed lines and possibly move  
an antenna.

2) Tailgate-Fest – Plans are on track for the Tailgate-Fest to be held  
on August 16th at the Ag Center.

3) Club savings accounts – Three buckets of savings funds exist – a  
“Self Insurance” fund, a “Repeater Replacement” fund, and a “Rainy  
Day” fund.  The Self Insurance and Repeater Replacement funds are in  
one CD, while the Rainy Day fund is in a second CD.
