sounds like you are covered with hardware!  likely your K2 will max out around 12-15 watts (varying across the bands).  

some articles you should download:

http://www.elecraft.com/Apps/K2_filters_psk31.htm  -- in addition to setting up CW and SSB filters, you can also set up a 'R' filter for PSK31 and RTTY.  actually PSK31 generally uses the full passband, but for RTTY having a 400 Hz filter setup is ideal (you'll need the SSB board though to transmit PSK31 and RTTY).  

http://www.elecraft.com/Apps/new_fil_docs/filter_apps.htm  -- this is the file on how to use noise (from an antenna tuned for no signals present) and your PC to measure and align your filters -- this is also cool to see how the filters work in ANY radio

in case you aren't doing CW yet (??) -- its easy to get a K2 (with SSB board) on the digital modes, even without or before you buy a Rigblaster or similar interface -- see:  http://www.elecraft.com/Apps/PSK31_2.PDF

Note you can RECEIVE digital modes without the SSB board, and it only requires a simple 'stereo' cable to your PC soundcard.  

Be careful - don't infect Andy with the K2-gotta-have-one afflication that has bitten N3SB and WB8YYY - and now yourself.
