The reflector stripped off Bill's attachment regarding Frank K3MTT's 
passing.   Below is the email from his son, Frank Jr..

I echo Bill's sentiments that Frank will be missed by all of us.  Bill and I 
had the good fortune to have lunch with Frank shortly before he left on his 
cruise.  We didn't know we we saying "goodbye" to a good friend.
