I am sad to report that Frank Rodski K3MTT passed away this morning in 
Florida.. Please see the attached email from his son Chris. Frank has 
been involved with the Carroll County Amateur Radio club since it 
started back in the 80's...he was very much  involved in the club and 
all of the activities......he will be missed by all.

I will pass on funeral arrangements as I receive them.
