Greetings To All:

As you may know the club's Tailgatefest will be held this Sunday the 
16th. We are in need of volunteers to help in the sale of tickets, 
parking and clean up. Set up will be Saturday evening 3:30. We don't 
anticipate  for this  to take more than a couple of hours.  Our  busiest 
time  is Sunday morning 6 am  on  to about 12 noon .  The event is 
usually pretty well over around 2 pm which is when we start cleaning up 
the grounds. Please let me know if you can sign up to help out... it is 
appreciated.

Saturday Set Up  3:30 - 5:30

Sunday  6 - 8 am

             8am - 10 am

             10 - 12 Noon

             12 - 2:00

             2:00 -  Clean Up

We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend.
