[K3PZN-List] November 2007 CCARC BoD meeting minutes

Folks - just making sure everyone is caught up on the BoD activities. Another
BoD meeting report will follow.

CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 19-November-2007

In attendance were Rich N3III, Chuck N3TOT, Tony KF3AK, Gene KB3JHR,  and Steve
N3SB.

1.	Tailgate Fest / Hamfest – Tony KF3AK produced copies of the hamfest reports
for the past five years. The board reviewed the numbers and considered plans
for next year.

2.	Banquet – The board discussed making calls to the membership to determine who
would be coming to the holiday banquet. The banquet is coming up on Sunday
December 2.

3.	Letters of Appreciation – Two letters were prepared for members who recently
made significant donations to the club.

4.	Preparation for Jack’s presentation – Gene KB3JHR will make sure that a DVD
player and sound system are ready for January’s presentation.

5.	December BoD Meeting – The December BoD meeting will be at Johanssen’s in
Westminster, at 6:30 PM.
