CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 19-November-2008

In attendance were Andy WO3L, Gene KB3JHR, Tony KF3AK, Chuck N3TOT, Bill Curt
WB8YYY, and Steve N3SB.
 
1.	Site Cleanup – We have been asked to do a bit of clean up at the FTC. There
are some aluminum antennas, and tower sections lying around that need to be
gotten rid of. The first Saturday in December is being targeted – arrangements
for a trailer for hauling the items need to be made.

2.	December – Holiday Dinner, Sunday December 7, 5:00 PM at the VFW Hall.

3.	The Nomination Committee has now been formed, per the club’s By-laws.
Nominations are now open for all positions. We are looking for members to
participate on the Committee.

4.	Hamfest & Tailgate-Fest planning – Dates are being considered for the 2009
Hamfest and Tailgate-Fest. We are checking to see what other hamfests and
contests are being scheduled for 2009.

5.	The December BoD meeting will be at Johanssen’s.
