CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 17-October-2007

In attendance were Rich N3III, Chuck N3TOT, Rob K1RH Frank K3MTT, Gene KB3JHR,
Bill W3STG, and Steve N3SB.

1.	Non-profit Status – Tony KF3AK discovered that our non-profit status had been
“suspended” because our tax returns had not been submitted. Frank and Tony will
get together to review the data needed to complete the Form 990’s for the past
several years – it may be readily available in the State forms which we submit
each year.

2.	Use of K3PZN Club Station for Sweepstakes – Jim WX3B wants to use the club
station for CW Sweepstakes on November 4-5, and welcomes anyone who wants to
join him. The BoD has no problem with this request.

3.	KB3LNM Antenna Modeling Presentation – Joe KB3LNM has offered to givc a
presentation to the CCARC on antenna modeling. The BoD has put him on the
calendar for the February meeting.

4.	Hamfest – The BoD finalized the hamfest plans and worked out the manpower.

5.	November Meeting – Rich N3III will be out of town for the November meeting.
Gene KB3JHR will preside.

6.	November BoD Meeting – the next board meeting will be on Monday November 19.
