CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 21-February-2007

In attendance were Rich N3III, Bill N3WM, Bill W3STG, Gene KB3JHR, Chuck N3TOT,
Frank K3MTT, Steve N3SB, and guest Tony KF3AK.

1.	Membership – The BoD discussed the membership roster, and considered changing
the membership calendar to start at the same time for all members. The BoD will
conclude the discussion and finalize the changes – if any. Included will be
approached to how memberships will be pro-rated if necessary. One option is a)
to align dues with the calendar year, and that all current members will have
their memberships extended to the end of this year. All members in arrears
would be required to pay the dues of their membership class, and their
membership would expire at the end of the year. B) reduce dues to $0, and
accept donations.

2.	Meeting Topics – March’s meeting topic will center around the hamfest.

3.	Hamfest – We are securing 28-October and 19-August for both events. Flyers
will be prepared and made available for distribution. Bill W3STG has
volunteered to chair both events.

4.	Elections - The BoD will confirm the accuracy of the membership roster prior
to the March meeting. (Several members will meet at the FTC on Saturday
03-March at 9:00 AM. 

5.	The club’s books will be audited on Saturday 03-March, at the FTC.
