[K3PZN-List] FD2007 Initial Report - PSK QRO or equivalent

Greetings To All:

I think everyone has made good suggestions to better our FD operation. I
can tell you we lost about 4 hours on CW because of a ineffective antenna
on 40M. Thanks to Curt's 40M inverted Vee we were able to get in the
pileups and rack up some contacts. Steve mentioned to me that we could have
easily dropped the Windom and modified to a 40M dipole. We'll have to keep
that in mind for next year. The CW contacts certainly add to the score plus
it is a truly fun mode for those of us that enjoy it.

I had a real good time and enjoyed being with everyone for two days of pure
Ham Radio...

Thanks again to John for his work organizing Field Day and Pete for the chow.
