CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 23-May-2007

In attendance were Rich N3III, Gene KB3JHR, Tony KF3AK, Chuck N3TOT, Rob K1RH,
and Steve N3SB.

1.	FY2008 Budget Discussions: The BoD reviewed the draft budget provided by Tony
KF3AK. The proposed budget is ready for submittal to the club members for review
and approval.

2.	Field Day and Picnic: The BoD briefly discussed the plans for this year’s
Field Day picnic. The Field Day Chairman is being given discretion to decide
what type of dining arrangements will be made for the weekened.

3.	Van Status: To date no bids have been received for the van. If no bids are
received by the announced closing date, other actions will be taken to
disposition the vehicle.

4.	Club CD: The BoD has decided that Tony KF3AK and Rich N3III will be added as
signatures for the CD account.

5.	Meeting Topics: Rich N3III has proposed the following meeting topics for the
rest of the year:
