CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 20-November-2006

In attendance were John K3KWO, Rich N3III, Bill N3WM, Gene KB3JHR, Frank 
K3MTT, and Steve N3SB.

1.      Holiday Party  The BoD has approved the following prices: Members 
$10, Guests $15, Kids 12 and under $5. Kids 3 and under are free. Frank 
K3MTT will be procuring Poinsettas. This will serve as the December club 
meeting.

2.      Repeater  Bill N3WM is still checking into additional filtering 
options for the receive side of the 145.410 machine.

3.      FCC R&O Band Restructuring  There will be a briefing on the band 
changes at the January meeting.

4.      450 Repeater Donation  The club is being given a 450 repeater by 
Tom N3PSB.

5.      The December BoD meeting will be on Thursday December 14th, 6:00 PM 
at Johanssen's.

In attendance were John K3KWO, Rich N3III, Bill W3STG, Bill N3WM, Gene 
KB3JHR, Chuck N3TOT, Frank K3MTT, and Steve N3SB.

1.      ARRL Legal Defense Fund  The BoD has approved a donation of $250.00 
to the ARRL Legal Defense Fund, in support of the BPL proceedings.
