Carroll County Amateur Radio Club
Meeting Minutes, 13 November 2006

President John Hart, K3KWO, called the meeting to order at 7:34 PM. Fifteen 
members and 3 guests were present.

Presentation:

The club watched a set of Disaster Preparedness videos from FEMA

Announcements:

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Wednesday 22 November, 
7:30 PM at the Fire Training Center. All members are welcome to attend.

The next club meeting is on Monday January 8 2007, at the FTC

The Mason-Dixon Hamfest on October 29 was a great success! Thanks to 
everyone who helped out.

The CCARC Holiday Party will be on Sunday December 17th, at Boulevard & 
Beyond, from 4:30  7:30 PM.

 From the mailbag:

No club mail was available for review.

Secretary's Report:

Steve N3SB published the secretary's report to the club's email reflector. 
The report was accepted by the membership present.

Treasurer's Report:

Our treasurer was not available at the meeting. No report was available.

Board of Directors Report:

John K3KWO briefed the club on the highlights from the October Board of 
Directors Meeting.

Committee Reports:

There were no committee reports this evening.

Closing notes:

John AK3Z won the first evening door prize, and Donna Brosenne won the second.

President Hart adjourned the meeting at 8:41 PM.
