Dear CCARC Members & Guests;

Many of you know there is an overlap between CCARC,
The Carroll County Contesters and the Potomac Valley
Radio Club -  and I am pleased to announce that there
will be members from all 3 clubs will be gathering at
my house in Taneytown, MD for a fall BBQ & radio
celebration Saturday night the 16th at 6:00pm.

My get-togethers are always informal, family friendly
and I encourage you to bring your XYL, kids & friends
that may be interested in any aspect of ham radio,
especially contesting!

In addition to some good old fashioned Hamburgers &
Chicken Breast (drinks + side dishes) there will be a
few radio events that include a CW pileup competition,
a REAL SSB pileup contest, and a simulated one created
by W3DF and N3OC.

If any of this sounds like fun to you, and you can
attend, please email me or call me and let me know so
I can get an accurate head-count for food.
