CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 20-September-2006

In attendance are John K3KWO, Charles N3TOT, Rob K1RH, Bill W3STG, Bill 
N3WM, Gene KB3JHR, and Steve N3SB.

1.      Hamfest  Bill W3STG emailed Finch Services about renting a Gator. 
There has thus far been no response. Rob K1RH has offered the loan of his 
trailer for transporting the unit. Frank K3MTT will be ordering smaller 
door prizes. Bill W3STG will obtain larger door prizes. A food vendor has 
still not been secured. John K3KWO will be buying some fence posts to 
replace the wooden stakes we've used in previous years. The BoD has 
authorized up to $100 for these stakes.

2.      Wine Festival Bike Tour  The event went smoothly, with sufficient 
volunteers to get the job done. Our customer was pleased with how we 
handled the affair. We used task sheets to manage the SAG wagons, which 
proved to be a handy tool. The Maryland Lung Association will be holding a 
debrief session in a couple weeks, and we have been invited.

3.      October Program  Debrief of Carroll Comms Test and Simulated 
Emergency Test, and Hamfest Planning.

4.      Membership  Bill N3WM is picking up responsibilities for 
membership. Send renewals to the club's PO Box or give them to Bill 
directly at a meeting.

5.      Carroll Hospital Center meeting  The meeting with the Carroll 
Hospital Center was briefly discussed.


The meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM.
