CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 18-October-2006

In attendance were John K3KWO, Rich N3III, Charles N3TOT, Bill W3STG, Bill 
N3WM, Gene KB3JHR, Frank K3MTT, and Steve N3SB.

1.      Hamfest  Bill W3STG has been contacting vendors about providing 
food for the hamfest. Most of them are already booked on the day of our 
hamfest. A few options still remain. John K3KWO has procured new fence 
posts and ribbon. He has been authorized an additional $50 to procure a 
fence post puller.

2.      Prizes  Frank K3MTT showed some sample prizes he has procured. Some 
are for the hamfest, and some are for club meeting door prizes. Come to a 
club meeting if you're curious about what Frank showed us.

3.      Repeater  Bill N3WM will check into additional filtering options 
for the receive side of the 145.410 machine.

The meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM.
