Here are the ground rules for severe weather.

1.  If lightning is in the area, all work on antennas, masts, etc., will be 
suspended.

2.  If rain continues past 4 pm on Saturday, the potluck picnic will be 
cancelled.  We can call Domino's for pizza.

3.  All antenna (other than those one HTs) should have some form of lightning 
protection or (at least) static discharge capability.

4.  Operations should be conducte from tents not cabanas, dining flys, or 
lean-tos.

5.  If, at any time, operation at the Springfield site appear to be dangerous, 
we will move to another location, preferably the FTC to operate class F.  If 
this is not possible, we will not put anyone's safety at risk--we will close 
down.
