[K3PZN-List] Field Day Setup

Eric is correct.  According to Rule 3.3, we cannot begin setup at the site 
until 1800 UTC (2 pm local time) on Friday.  In the past, some of us have 
shown up a few minutes early and to be able to start exactly on time.  

While we spend the first part of the day transporting equipment to the site, 
NO UNLOADING OR SETUP SHOULD BEGIN UNTIL 2 PM on Friday.
