CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 21-June-2006

In attendance are John K3KWO, Rich N3III, Charles N3TOT, Gene KB3JHR, Bill 
N3II, and Steve N3SB.

Introductory comments: John K3KWO thanked the BoD for putting together a 
solid balanced budget.

1.      Holiday Party  The Club has been given a very gracious offer by Jim 
WX3B to not only chair the Holiday Party, but to also cover the down 
payment for the event. The BoD quickly and unanimously accepted Jim's 
offer. John K3KWO has made him chairman of the Holiday Party.

2.      Field Day  The BoD discussed several details about Field Day. Bill 
N3WM has volunteered to bring his Honda generator. The Board also discussed 
alternate FD plans in case the predictions for heavy rain become real.

3.      Repeater Committee  The BoD discussed the resignation of Larry WX3F 
as Repeater Committee Chairman. The programming manuals are currently with 
our station trustee Bill N3WM. A replacement chairman is being sought.

4.      Meeting Topics  July's meeting topic is Field Day Memories. 
August's topic is Packet Radio.

The meeting adjourned at 9:21 PM.
