I saw a post about this bill: 
http://mlis.state.md.us/2005rs/billfile/hb1055.htm that would regulate 
accessory structures over 20' in height statewide. I don't know if that 
would include towers and antennas or exactly what is the intended effect 
by the proponents but it may be worth watching for you folks up there.
