[K3PZN-List] Club Picnic 2005

Folks-

We had a wonderful time at the club picnic today.  It was hot and muggy, but there was no rain.  The sun was shining throughout the day, and we were in a well shaded spot.  The park was crowded, but our area was well isolated.

Jim W3XB cooked Hotdogs, Hamburgers, and Chicken.  There was KFC, potato salad, and cole slaw.  

Steve brought a small HF rig, and I had an HT tuned to K3PZN repeater for talk-in.

When I left, a couple more people had radioed in that they were on the way.

All-in-all, a success.
