[K3PZN-List] BPL at ARRL???

Thanks for the post.  This is good news.  W1RFI (Ed)
is the engineer at ARRL who drives around with a
portable set-up making BPL measurements, and he
attends lots of engineering meetings with industry on
these topics.  Since he deals with RFI for a living,
honestly a vanity call!  He also is an avid QRP
operator - so he has a vested interest in keeping
noise levels down!  It would be great to have another
source for broadband (no Verizon DSL available in my
neighborhood), if indeed this is practical.  Let's see
how this thing works!
