CCARC MEMBERS:

During setup today for our annual Mason-Dixon Hamfest, I overheard the
comment "we may be shorthanded tomorrow."  I find this very hard to believe
with a club that has over one hundred members.  Unfortunately, we average
only 30% participation at meetings and about 20% at club activities.
Sometimes, I just can't fathom why members pay dues and then don't take
advantage of what the club has to offer or pitch in when the club needs
help.

Tomorrow, Sunday October 31, is your BIG CHANCE to help out YOUR club.  Take
a couple of hours to come out and help and get in FREE or come out and buy a
ticket and participate.  OR do both and have an opportunity to win one of
two of the best door prizes offerred at any hamfest!

You're only going to get something out of the club if you're willing to put
something into it.
