To All Members:

The Membership Committee on behalf of the CCARC welcomes its newest member,
Donna Brown K3DSB.  Donna is a new Ham and the wife of George Brown K3GBB.
Welcome aboard, Donna, we are honored to have you as a member and look
forward to seeing you at the club activities and on the air.
NEW MEMBERSHIP CHAIRPERSON

Effective November 1, Shirley Neeriemer KB3KYJ will assume the office of
Membership Chairperson, vice Al Bisasky K3ZE.  Although relatively new to
the CCARC, Shirley and her hubby Bill WM3N are extremely active in and
supportive of the club.  Already nicknamed the "Bonnie & Clyde" of the club
contesters, they are among the nicest, friendliest, and outgoing people that
you'll find in Amateur Radio.  So, Bill, when are you gonna buy Shirley her
own HT?

The Membership Committee will have a display, membership applications, and
information at the club table during our annual Mason-Dixon Hamfest on
October 31.  Please talk about the club to ham friends, family members and
the folks who will be taking their license exams at the event.
